A Passion for Bead Jewelry
I grew up in a little town called Bastia which is located on the island of Corsica. Corsica is rich in beauty from its green granite stone and white sand beaches to its snow-capped mountains—all just minutes away from each other by car. On a warm summer day, the scent of the maquis fills the air and it is just wonderful. A "maquis", prounounced mah-key is low growing green leaf plant that covers the mountainsides. It is sort of like a shrub with a musk-like scent.
Nicknamed "the island of beauty," it is from this natural wonder that I draw my inspiration for designing bead jewelry. I have chosen colors that reflect a characteristic of my homeland by the sea and in the mountains.

All my jewelry is made by a Corsican (me) but does not necessarily use materials from Corsica. I hope to add materials in the future.

Bead Creations
CorseCrafts bead jewelry is made with the sensibility of Corsican heritage and its people—after all, I am Corsican. The colors used reflect the natural beauty of the landscape and the Terranian Sea that surrounds the Island. Each piece is handmade with silver wire (accept where noted) using glass beads and semi-precious stones and inspected for strength and durability. I use beads from all over the world to craft this jewelry. If you would like a matching ankle bracelet please let me know, applicable charges will apply.
Quality Assurance
Every piece of CorseCrafts jewelry is handmade by myself, one creation at a time. Because of this, each creation may differ slightly from the sample pictured unless it is a one-of-a-kind. But my commitment to the highest quality never varies. I guarantee you'll be satisfied with your CorseCrafts original - or your money back.
Purchases
All the jewelry you see on this website is for sale. I keep records on each creation I make so if you see something that says "sold", I may still be able to make another, just ask.
I only accept credit cards through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. That said, having made many purchase over the years myself, a PayPal account is a good thing.
Shipping
Items will not be shipped until funds have cleared. Standard Flat Rate 3 day shipping service is only $3.85. Currently, we ship throughout North America only. If you would like to be notified when we will ship internationally, get on my E-Mail List.
Local residents of Maryland, Washington DC and Norther Virginia can avoid shipping cost by making an appointment to see what I have in stock at my home. Call (703-590-6558) or e-mail to set up an appointment.

Returns
I believe in happy customers. If you find within 30 days of notice of shipment that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in it's original condition for credit or refund (less shipping costs). Credit card payments will be issued a credit to your account. Please call or email me before returning an item. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Repairs
If your purchase should break, you can return it to me for free repair. Return all the original pieces, all you have to pay is shipping. If you are missing beads, please advise. Some beads may become irreplaceable or unavailable after one year of purchase.

All personal information you provide will only be used to process your order, communicate to your feedback or send you information about new product offerings (if you wish to be on my E-Mail List). Your information will never be shared with any company for any reason.
